New for 2013 is my Blog. I'm sorry to say Ive been neglecting my website a lot, but my new years resolution is to keep on top of it. So check out this space to see what ive been up to.. January 21st Had to unload everything out of the van and pile it all up in the backroom as the van has gone in to have its bodywork repaired after her little scrape with a bollard before xmas January 19th disco for this years annual pidgeon fanciers gathering at the Blackpool Metropol hotel, a long wait as birds were auctioned of for prices exceeding what i pay for cars, but eventually got started about 10:30 after being there from 7:00. a great night was had with the place rocking til afer 2 o'clock January 13th today was another wedding fayre this time at Alston Hall nr preston, a small venue where i,ve work in the past. Managed to secure a few more bookings for this year and next.
January 11th Sunday 6th saw my first wedding fayre of the year at the Barcelo Imperial Hotel Blackpool, (now the Puma) steady flow of excited brides and grooms and a great chance to catch up with other wedding suppliers. the week went on to be a busy week for enquiries with 8 confirmed bookings and another half dozen or so quality enquiries. No disco for me tonight so a rare oppertunity to go to the pub. |
